- Assisting a Swiss group in the cases of Application for the recognition and enforcement of 07 awards of the International Cotton Associations in Vietnam with the total value of these awards is more than 21 million USD; - Assisting a Singapore company in the case of Application for the recognition and enforcement of an award of the International Cotton Associations in Vietnam; - Assisting a foreign investor in the case of Application for the recognition and enforcement of an award of the Singapore International Arbitration Center in Vietnam and advising on legal remedies to settle corporate and investment in its joint venture company in Vietnam; - Assisting a local Shipowner in a case at the local court relating to a Bareboat Charter Party with the charterers; - Assisting an international carrier in a case at the local court relating to the international carriage Agreement; - Assisting a local company to claim against a joint venture assurance company for a compensation pursuant to the Maritime Insurance Policy with the amount of 2 millions USD.
