At Dzungsrt & Associates, Mr. Tai practices on Commercial litigation and Shipping litigation: (i) Mr. Tai is now supporting Mr. Viet Anh in the case of assistant for a foreign shipowner, P&I Club, hull underwriter and the container underwriter on a serious collision in the water of the South of Vietnam which cause a ship sunken. Hundreds of containers and cargo had been fallen out of the ship and the salvage fees claimed by the local claimants had exceeded 3 million US dollar; (ii) Mr. Tai is now acting as lawyer for a carrier in the case of cargo claim of a shipper in Vietnam with the total claim had exceeded 1 million US dollar; Before joining to Dzungsrt & Associates LLC, Mr. Tai had wide experiences in the areas of Real estate, Corporate, Investment, M&A, Contract, Commercial, Labor, Tax, Licensing when worked for LCT Law Firm, Dat Luat Law Firm, Pepsico Vietnam, Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group as well as during the time acting as a private legal practitioner. Beside the participating in advice wide variety of projects with a special focus on Corporate and Real estate, Mr. Tai also participated in the resolving of many disputes at the court and other authorities.
